不好意思之前生病，端午节食谱迟了一期。吃了很多高热量的传统粽子，接着一起来做超解暑，简单快速又免烤食谱，“水果水晶果冻粽子”。采用各种各类新鲜水果如青提，芒果，火龙果，蓝莓来制作。果冻里还加了膨发的大黑子和桂花来增添口感和香味。用了简单的PP塑料袋，包绑成小粽子的三角形状。脱模时，看到漂亮可爱的三角粽子型，透视果冻显露了五彩缤纷的水果，还有桂花和大黑子颗粒飘在其中。火龙果天然红色晕染了果冻，形成渐变的果冻色泽，超漂亮，吸睛疗愈。而且食谱搭配了燕菜粉和速溶果冻粉，因此燕菜果冻Q弹且稳固定型~切开来，QQ爽口，水果酸甜多汁，大黑子颗粒口感，桂花淡香清新，甜度刚好。小孩大人都爱，解暑降火。
收藏方式：做好收普通冰箱冷藏2-3天内吃完(取决于水果本身可以存放多久)，冷冻可以收较久，吃前放回普通冰箱隔夜解冻。

PP plastic bag is used to wrap jelly into triangle resemblance small rice dumplings shape. After unmolding, can see beautiful cute triangle dumpling shape. Transparent jelly reveals vibrant colorful fruits, with osmanthus flower and basil seed floating all over. The natural red color of dragon fruit blend in with jelly, forming ombre jelly color, so beautiful, eye-catching and therapeutic. Moreover, the recipe uses both agar-agar powder and instant jelly powder, so agar-agar jelly is very jiggly, QQ bouncy yet set nicely~. When cut, QQ jiggly refreshing, sweet tangy juicy fruit, bouncy texture basil seed, light fragrant osmanthus flower, with just the right sweetness. Children and adults love it, heat relieving.
Storage Method: Chill in the normal fridge eat within 2-3 days (depends on how long the fruits can last), and freeze it to store longer. Before eating, place it in normal fridge to thaw overnight.
